The Kidsability ‘Play Who You Are’ Ensemble with special guest SlowPitchSound (Ontario)
The collaboration between KidsAbility and the festival is now in its eleventh year, and the ‘Play Who You Are’ Ensemble of young musicians collaborating with diverse guest musicians is a perennial festival favourite. This year, the Ensemble welcomes SlowPitchSound, the Toronto turntable player who is, among other accolades, the co-winner of the 2018 Emerging Composer Award through the Canadian Music Centre. These musicians will meet in private workshops in advance of their special performance on the Market Square Stage.
