Membership & Donation

Membership:

We encourage you to become a member of the Guelph Jazz Festival. Memberships are $30.00 CAD, valid for one calendar year, and fully tax deductible. Membership allows you to vote at our spring AGM. Use the Online Membership/Donation form to sign up and support the Festival.

Donation:

Thank you for supporting the Guelph Jazz Festival. All donors will receive a tax receipt (Charitable Reg. #89818 0294 RT0001)

1) Donate Online: Make a secure online donation by filling in the Online Membership/Donation form. All donations are processed through PayPal.

2) Donate by Phone: Call us to make a credit card donation by phone: 519-763-4952.

3) Donate by Mail: Please send a cheque payable to ‘Guelph Jazz Festival’ or your credit card information (including expiry date and the name as it appears on the card), address, and telephone number to: Guelph Jazz Festival 6 Dublin Street South, #202, Guelph ON, N1H 4L5, Canada.
