The Guelph Jazz Festival membership is invited to attend the GJF 2024 Annual General Meeting, Monday 18 March, 6pm, via Zoom. We will give a full report on the status of the organization and hear ideas from the community as we work toward another one-of-a-kind event, 12-15 September 2024.
To be eligible to attend and to vote at the AGM, you must purchase (or renew) your 2024 GJF membership ($50 annually) prior to the event. Any membership purchased after March 2023 allows you to vote at the 2024 AGM. Please see this webpage for information, or contact us at [email protected].
Once you are a 2024 member in good standing, you will receive an official invitation to RSVP for the AGM. If you cannot attend but wish to designate a proxy, please let us know and we can outline the procedure for doing so.
