The membership of the Guelph Jazz Festival is invited to attend the GJF 2023 Annual General Meeting, Wednesday 15 March, 6pm, via Zoom teleconference. 2023 marks the GJF’s 30th Anniversary year, and we will be pleased to give a full report on the status of the organisation as we work toward celebrating its longevity and successes at this year’s festival, 14-17 September, 2023.
To be eligible to attend and to vote at the AGM, you must apply for (or renew) your 2023 GJF membership ($30 annually) prior to the event. Please see this webpage for information, or contact us at [email protected] if you seek another method by which to apply or renew.
Once you are a 2023 member in good standing, please indicate your interest in attending by writing to [email protected], and we will put you on a list to which I will send meeting access information and relevant documentation in advance. If you cannot attend but wish to designate a proxy, please let us know and we can outline the procedure for doing so.
